Cherry and Almond Rich Fruitcake


This delicious fruitcake is bursting with juicy cherries and sultanas and hand-finished with glace cherry halves, crunchy nibbed almonds and a sticky apricot glaze, it's perfectly paired with a freshly brewed pot of Huffkins loose leaf tea. 

Made by hand with locally milled Cotswolds flour, after baking the cake is matured for a month to enrich the flavour and texture.

Produced in an environment that also handles milk, mustard and soya.
