Ordering Online

If you selected our Premium Tracked delivery service, we'll aim to dispatch your order within one business day. As soon as it's dispatched, you'll receive tracking updates from DPD to confirm when your item will be delivered.

Orders with Standard delivery may take 2-3 business days to dispatch and cannot be tracked. While we hope that Standard delivery orders will be received within 3-5 business days, it make take longer during busy periods or due to circumstances out of our control. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

On the rare occasion that an item within a Hamper of Gift Set has sold out, we may replace this with a similar item of the same or higher value.

Gift Cards - Bakery & Cafe

 

Physical gift cards can be redeemed in any Huffkins or Huffkins at John Lewis & Partners location.
We have bakeries & tea rooms in the Cotswolds and London.

Our physical gift cards can be redeemed against any menu items. This includes our Afternoon Tea gift cards which are priced to cover our traditional afternoon tea, but can be redeemed against other items.
Prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Unfortunately, our physical gift cards can only be used in the tea rooms at this time.
If you'd like a gift card to use on our website, please purchase one of our e-gift cards.

 

Physical gift cards are currently valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
However, we appreciate that the pandemic has greatly affected people's opportunities to safely visit our tea rooms to use their Gift Cards. Therefore, any gift cards which expire(d) during this difficult period will honored for an additional 12 months.

Please ask at the counter in any of our locations to confirm your current gift card balance.

Alternatively, email us at victoria@huffkins.com. Please include the number on your gift card.

Please keep your gift card safe. Huffkins cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.

Any remaining balance left on a gift card after the expiry date will be lost. This is with the exception of gift cards purchased from 1st March 2020 - 21st April 2021, which we will honour for an additional 12 months due to COVID-19 restrictions.

E-Gift Cards - Online

 

E-gift cards can be redeemed on our website at www.huffkins.com

 

E-Gift card balances can be used towards orders of any items on our website excluding Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards. Any products shown on E-Gift Card product pages are for illustration purchases only.
Prices and options sold on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

To check your e-gift card balance, click on the 'View Gift Card' button in the email. If you have deleted the email, please contact victoria@huffkins.com who will be happy to help.

 

Please make a note of your unique e-gift card code and keep this safe. Huffkins cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen e-gift card codes.

Any remaining balance left on an e-gift card after the expiry date will be lost and cannot be claimed.
