Refund policy

We're confident you will be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that there's a problem, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days.

Should an item you have ordered be unsuitable, you have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need to confirm the email address used to place the order.

To start a return, you can contact us at victoria@huffkins.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

This returns policy excludes:

  • Perishable items such as food and drink
  • Made to order / custom items
  • Gift Cards 

These items cannot be refunded. Should you have any questions or concerns about an item listed above, please contact us.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. This may be in the form of a replacement, partial or full refund.

You will be asked to return the damaged item(s) for inspection, so please do not throw anything away until you have spoken to a member of our team.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow a further 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
