How to use your Groupon voucher:

If you have recently purchased a Huffkins Afternoon Tea Gift Set voucher from Groupon, please follow these steps to redeem your voucher:

  1. Visit our website: Go to www.huffkins.com. From the Afternoon Tea menu, select Afternoon Tea Gifts, then click on the Afternoon Tea Gift Set product.

    Important: Your Groupon code will only work on this product, not on other afternoon teas, shop items or in our tea rooms.

  2. Customise your order:

    • Choose your bag colour from the drop-down menu.

    • Optional extras (e.g. additional scones, gift message card) are available for an extra charge at checkout. These are not covered by your Groupon voucher.

    • Select your delivery date. Please do this now, as you will not be able to add it later. If you don’t choose a date, your gift set will be dispatched on the next available weekday. Saturday delivery is only available if selected and the additional fee is paid at checkout.

  3. Add to cart:

    • Your voucher is valid for one Afternoon Tea Gift Set. If you add more than one, you will be charged for the extras.

    • Add any courier delivery notes if your address is hard to find.

  4. Checkout:

    • Enter your contact email.

    • Enter the recipient’s delivery address, including a valid mobile number for courier tracking updates.

    • Choose weekday or Saturday delivery (fees apply).

Important: If you have selected a Saturday delivery, you must choose the Saturday Delivery £9.95 shipping method at checkout. If this is not selected, your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

    • If different to the delivery details, untick 'Use shipping address as billing address' and enter your billing details.

  1. Apply your Groupon code: Enter the voucher code in the “Discount or Voucher Code” box and click Apply.

  2. Complete payment: Click Pay Now to pay for delivery and any optional extras if added. This will finalise your order. You will then receive an Order confirmation email.

 

Groupon Offer Terms & Conditions

Validity: Voucher expires 3 months from the launch date. Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date; after this date, they will no longer be valid.

Purchase: No limit on the number of vouchers purchased per person. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. Each voucher code is single-use only and cannot be reused once redeemed. Voucher codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

Redemption: Once you have received your Groupon voucher, visit the dedicated Afternoon Tea Gift Set product page. select your preferred jute bag colour and delivery date, then proceed to checkout. If no delivery date is selected, the next available dispatch day will apply. Enter your Groupon code into the ‘Discount or voucher code’ field at checkout to apply your voucher.

Delivery:

  • Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses (exclusions apply for certain areas of Scotland and Scottish Islands – please check our website for full delivery terms.

  • Delivery charges: £6.95 for weekday deliveries or £9.95 for Saturday deliveries. Delivery charges are paid separately at checkout and are not included in the Groupon voucher.

  • If Saturday delivery is not selected and paid for at checkout, your order will be delivered on the next available weekday (usually Tuesday).

  • Deliveries are not available on Sundays or Mondays.

  • No deliveries on or immediately after UK bank holidays; orders will be dispatched on the next available working day.

  • Huffkins cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.

  • Deliveries are subject to courier availability and may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Huffkins cannot accept liability for delays once orders have been dispatched.

Product Information:

  • Gift set includes: 4 handmade scones (2 plain, 2 fruit), strawberry preserve, Rodda’s clotted cream, lemon drizzle loaf cake, 15 pyramid tea bags (House Blend), and a large Huffkins eco jute bag (colour subject to availability).

  • All products are dispatched fresh. Clotted cream must be refrigerated upon arrival. Please consume all products within the timeframe stated on the packaging. Huffkins cannot accept liability for products not consumed within the recommended timeframe.

  • Contains allergens including gluten, dairy, and eggs. Full allergen information is available on our website and on packaging. Substitutions for dietary requirements (e.g. gluten-free, vegan) are not available with this offer.

  • In the unlikely event an item is unavailable, Huffkins reserves the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value.

Restrictions:

  • Voucher valid only against the Huffkins Afternoon Tea Gift Set. Cannot be redeemed against any other Huffkins products online or in-store.

  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes.

  • Offer subject to availability.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for the voucher value are managed by Groupon.

  • Delivery charges are managed by Huffkins. Delivery charges are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

Legal: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
