Cranberry & Orange Liqueur Rich Fruitcake
This handmade rich fruitcake is matured for a month to allow the orange liqueur, cranberries and spices to yield a sublime flavour and heady aroma. Hand-finished with whole hazelnuts, pecans, split almonds and glace cherries in an apricot glaze.
