Cooked in small batches using fresh ingredients, every hand-stirred batch of our chilli jam is taste-tested to ensure the finest quality.

Ingredients & Allergens
Ingredients: sugar, red peppers (35%), spirit vinegar, gelling agent: fruit pectin, honey, garlic, lemon, chilli mash(1%) {chilli peppers (85%), salt, acetic acid, acidity regulator, citric acid,dried chilli (0.4%)}, salt. Prepared in an environment where gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, celery and sulphites are present.
