I ordered a pack of 4 lardy cakes for my boyfriend as he used to work in a bakers many years ago where they were made and never got to try one. He absolutely loved them and they didn’t last long so I’ve ordered him some more as a treat.
The voucher I ordered was lost by Royal Mail. I had to contact Customer Service to tell them that after having waited 10 days it had still not been delivered. I can’t speak highly enough of Victoria who chased it up and then organised a DPD delivery as soon as she realised the voucher was unaccounted for. I was surprised and mystified as to why it arrived in a big parcel until I opened it when I saw inside were contained two packets of complimentary biscuits as well as the voucher and packed in a way ensuring the biscuits wouldn’t be broken. I would definitely recommend Huffkins and Victoria is a credit to the organisation. Thank you.
This was a birthday gift, the recipient has everything you can possibly think of, this gift was ideal for him and his partner to enjoy, they really did enjoy it ,will definitely use you again. xx
